- For all returns, you must submit a request by email within a maximum of two months from the date of purchase.
- You will then receive a form with our customer service department’s decision, a return number (e.g., RT081201), and the deadline for sending us the merchandise.
- Place your product in its original packaging and put everything in a “NEW BOX.”
- Secure your product so that it does not move during transport, using crumpled paper or bubble wrap to prevent any risk of damage.
- Don’t forget to include a copy of your return slip in the package.
- Seal your package with packing tape to secure it and prevent it from opening during transport.
- Please note that you must write the return number on the package (without this number, the store will refuse the package).
- To be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition for resale. If your request is late and/or if the original packaging has been torn, marked, taped, and/or if the product has been used or shows signs of assembly, your return will be refused.
